In a landmark celebration of youth, passion, and digital innovation, global smartphone brand Infinix has successfully concluded its first-ever PUBG MOBILE Campus Club (PMCC) LAN Championship in Bangladesh. The event brought together over 600 teams from 100+ universities, turning dreams into reality and campuses into launchpads for esports glory.
Held at the BRAC University auditorium
on August 4, the electrifying finale was more than just a competition—it
was a bold statement on the future of gaming in Bangladesh. After weeks of
intense online qualifiers, the top 16 university teams collided in a
high-stakes LAN showdown, transforming the venue into a true battlefield of
skill, ambition, and unity.
Crowning the Champions
Team PX ESPORTS from Shanto Mariam University of
Creative Technology emerged as the ultimate victors, clinching both the 2025
PMCC Campus Club Championship and the prestigious University Clash
Champion titles. Their journey—from campus corridors to the national
spotlight—is a powerful story of dedication, teamwork, and relentless pursuit
of excellence.
Taking the runner-up spot was American
International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), whose stellar performance in
the grand finals won hearts and admiration alike.
Both champion and runner-up teams were honored
with Infinix smartphones, exclusive gaming gear, and the PMCC
trophy, presented by Dr. David Dowland, Honorable Registrar of BRAC
University, along with senior members of the Infinix team.
“This wasn’t just a tournament—it was a
movement,” said an Infinix spokesperson. “We witnessed the passion and
fire of Bangladeshi youth, proving that esports is not just about entertainment
but about leadership, strategy, and creative potential. Through PMCC, we are
not just promoting esports—we are nurturing the next generation of innovators
and changemakers.”
Voices and Vibes
The energy of the event was amplified by the
presence of top tech KOLs, influencers, and media personalities, who
captured and shared the electrifying moments with their audiences, turning the
championship into a viral cultural phenomenon.
A Platform for Possibility
The Infinix PMCC initiative represents
a new chapter in youth engagement—where gaming is more than competition; it’s a
pathway to career, community, and creativity. By investing in university-level
esports, Infinix is making a long-term commitment to empowering Bangladesh’s
youth through technology, innovation, and inspiration.
This PMCC LAN Championship marks Infinix’s
first large-scale gaming tournament dedicated to university students in
Bangladesh, reaffirming the brand’s role as a pioneer in shaping the digital
future for Gen-Z gamers.
