Limited launched Bangladesh’s first Direct-to-Home (DTH) service under the
brand name RealVU which will drastically change the viewing experience of the
country’s television viewers. RealVU will be available at selected and
authorized trade partner locations in three divisions – Dhaka, Sylhet and
Chittagong.
RealVU is the first ever Direct-to-Home (DTH) platform in
Bangladesh. The operator will provide the best picture quality and HD sound to its viewers at the
most affordable price. RealVU TV signal is available everywhere across the
country. RealVU product is available in certified trade Partners outlet in
Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet. Starting from August 2016 operator is planning to
expand trade partner network to every divisions in Bangladesh.
“RealVU customers will be
able to watch 105 channels with our package and enjoy digital quality picture
and clear sound. The package will involve the most popular TV channels
including five in HD format. Moreover, the RealVU subscribers will enjoy other
advantages such as recording function and smart electronic program guide”, –

To experience RealVU top-level
service, a customer needs to buy a set-top box and a dish antenna from the authorized
trade partner. The cost for user’s complete set will be Tk 4,499 + VAT. RealVU
will provide its customers with a two-years warranty for the set-top
box. RealVU certified installers of the trade partner will provide
installation services to customers. The dish antenna can be placed anywhere in
the line-of-sight with the satellite (rooftop, wall etc.). Moreover, RealVU has
a 24/7 professional customer care (16442, 09609999000) to assist all current
and potential customers.
